Where We Ship
We currently ship worldwide.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days. Once your order ships, you'll get a confirmation email with tracking so you can follow it the whole way.

Shipping Times
Our pieces are made and shipped from our partners, and some travel a bit to reach you. Estimated delivery is [7–12] business days after processing. We know that's a wait, good things take a minute, and we think it's worth it.

Shipping Cost
Free shipping on most orders. / Free US shipping on orders over $50; a flat $5 rate applies below that.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. If it's been more than [3] business days since you ordered and you haven't received tracking, email us at support@suishop.co and we'll sort it out.

Delays
Sometimes things outside our control, customs, carrier delays, or busy holiday periods, can slow delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, reach out and we'll help track it down.

Wrong Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We're not able to reroute or refund orders sent to an address entered incorrectly, but email us right away and we'll do what we can.
